Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Local/Regional (Midwest): 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.


Shipping Carrier

Vaz Supply primarily ships through UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on the most efficient and reliable delivery method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at edward@vazsupply.com

  • We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped

Additional fees may apply for reshipping returned packages.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vaz Supply is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

Vaz Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist customers in filing claims when applicable.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


Backorders & Split Shipments

If an item in your order is out of stock:

  • Available items may ship first

  • Remaining items will ship once back in stock

Customers will be notified of any delays and may request cancellation prior to shipment.


Local Pickup – Chicagoland Area Only

Local pickup may be available at checkout.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.


Business & Bulk Orders

For large or commercial orders, additional freight shipping options may be used.
Please contact us directly for custom shipping quotes.


High-Value Orders

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
